I really like this chapter of my life because beyond the obvious human relational aspects that get reflected in my poetry, a lot of what happens is purposefully accidental meaning that like a dream, events of the day and of my personal history and of the people I meet get subconsciously included. Capable observers will be able to look past the thing they are originally attracted to about the words on the page ie. sex and love to what is really going on beyond all that surface tension in the draw.
The absolute BEST shots I make with my pen are much like the best shots I make with my bow from that space where I look, lift and let fly.
Aiming is for amateurs.
